Star Fitness As winter sets in and the temperatures drop and we lose our sunlight faster than most of us would like to! You need to really grab on to those New Year resolutions and turn them into reality. A good way to keep yourself on track is to develop an overall goal with small goals that you can achieve on a monthly basis. The best thing you can do to stay on track with your new healthy habits is to keep it simple. If you head to the gym with huge, grandiose ideas it is almost a guarantee that you will be too sore to return the next day! Decide how you are going to achieve your cardiovascular goals- group fitness classes, machines etc then pick a body part. If you have a relatively tough day and you really feel out of focus for your workouts –keep it simple plug in to your IPod You will feel better when you finish so –keep it simple!
