Your Body The majority of our bodies are made up of...you guessed it-WATER! We are made up of almost 70% water and that is a lot of fluid to keep up with. How do we lose fluid from our bodies? Dehydration occurs when the amount of water leaving the body is greater than the amount being taken in. The body is very dynamic and is always changing. This is especially true with water in the body. So how do we lose water from our bodies? Find out more and what you can do to combat dehydration... Red Star Fitness Drink Up! You know what.. water, water water! Bored with water? Flavor it up! There are plenty of water flavor packets on the market some just for flavor, others have antioxidants for added benefits for your body. Move it! Here’s an idea for keeping your exercise boredom at bay. Change your workout according to the season. Summertime is the get outside when you can season to walk, run, skip and jump. Changing your exercise program is always the best way to keep the body on its toes. Just remember to hydrate with adequate fluid. Eat it! Summer is the best time to make healthy changes to your diet. New Years resolutions should start in the summer!!! It is much easier to make better choices for our overall wellness.
